Fees

We aim to provide a flexible and affordable service wherever possible. Therefore will only charge for the hours that your child attends. This is subject to availability and will be agreed in advance, with the Nursery Manager. Notice (minimum of 2 weeks) will be required to change hours or days. subject to availability, with full agreed fees payable for days off due to sickness, unplanned days off and holidays.

Full fees must be paid daily, weekly or monthly in advance to retain a place for your child. Failure to pay fees for longer than 5 working days without prior agreement will result in a late fee charge of £5.00 per day thereafter in addition to fees owed and your child’s place will be suspended. You will receive regular reminders if fees are late and remain unpaid. We endeavour to avoid late charges wherever possible. You will receive an invoice for payment and a receipt after payment has been made on request. Fees will be reviewed annually. We hope you will understand that the fees reflect the high standard of service that we will provide.  It is an aim for our business that a large proportion of the weekly fee is used to buy additional equipment and resources for the children to use. Fees for bank holidays are not charged, if your child normally attends on this day.

Payments can be made by card, standing order/direct debit

If your child is aged 3-4 years and you work more than 16 hours per week you might be eligible to claim for 15 hours childcare per week during term time and 30 hours during school holidays. For more information please visit: www.rctcbc.gov.uk/childcareoffer

We offer:  10% discount for siblings

Additional hours (with prior agreement and subject to availability) £6.50 per hour.

Pack-up’s will be stored in a refrigerator. We request that all lunch boxes are named, and an icepack/bar is also put into the child’s lunchbox.
